Our mission as a transformational agent is to completely change the way people view and approach real estate development by making regenerative development the standard for both solving our environmental needs and strengthening communities socially and economically. • As horizontal developers and master planners, we acquire municipal and privately owned land in order to design and implement a master plan for each site.
  
  
• Ecological evaluates each specific project in the context of all the systems that it affects.  Projects may range from a new town center, a beautiful hamlet, a hotel, a collection of farms, a corporate headquarters, etc.
  
  
• Using our regenerative approach, we create solutions that not only improve the environment but also have a large social and economic impact on the surrounding community of each project. Whether it is working with a town to rezone land, implementing a waste-water treatment system, making agricultural improvements, etc., we ensure that our development solutions add a net benefit to all environmental, social, and economic systems surrounding a project.
